Loft Industries grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Cinder app (web app and any installed version) on devices you control, only for your company's internal business use and only while your company's subscription is active.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the app; reverse engineer or decompile it except where the law allows despite this limit; remove notices; bypass security or usage limits; or use it to build a competing product.
The app, its design, logos and code are owned by Loft Industries and its licensors and are protected by law. Your company's data belongs to your company.
The app may update automatically. Some updates may be required to keep using it.
The app may ask to use notifications, camera or photo library (to attach photos) and location (to fill in City, ST). These are optional and can be turned off in your device or browser settings; some features may not work without them.
Do not interact with the app while driving except as the law allows. You and your company remain responsible for safety and regulatory compliance.
This license ends automatically if you break it, if your company's subscription ends, or if your company removes your account. On termination you must stop using the app.
The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in the Cinder Terms of Service apply to this EULA.
You may use the app only in the United States and in compliance with U.S. export laws. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
